2.	Digital infrastructure loan update View the reasons why item 2. is restricted Minutes: The Deputy Chief Executive provided members of the Investment Committee with an update on the loan funding to Broadway Partners Limited (through a Special Purpose Vehicle or SPV: ‘Monmouthshire Broadband Limited’) which has the aim of supporting the construction of a broadband network across Monmouthshire to improve digital connectivity for rural businesses and residents. The Committee resolved to accept the recommendations.
3.	Performance update report View the reasons why item 3. is restricted Minutes: The Acting Head of Landlord Services provided members of the Investment Committee with a position statement on the performance of the property investment portfolio. The Committee resolved to accept the recommendations.
4.	Matters arising and any other business Minutes: Members agreed that all matters had been covered.
