Purpose: To provide Cabinet with an update on the development and administration of the GrowthSpace grant programme, delivered as part of the Council’s Local Growth Fund activity through the wider Place and Growth Investment Fund.

To seek delegated authority for the Strategic Director for Children, Learning, Skills & Economy, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Development, to determine individual GrowthSpace grant awards during the early autumn period.
