Diben: Mae'r adroddiad hwn yn rhoi trosolwg o'r cynlluniau creu lleoedd sydd wedi'u datblygu ar gyfer Y Fenni, Magwyr gyda Gwndy a Threfynwy, ac yn gwahodd y Cabinet i gymeradwyo'r cynlluniau a chytuno i'w mabwysiadu.

Mae'r adroddiad hefyd yn ceisio cymeradwyaeth y Cabinet i sefydlu grwpiau cyflawni creu lleoedd ar y cyd mewn partneriaeth â chynghorau tref Y Fenni, Magwyr gyda Gwndy a Threfynwy. Bydd y grwpiau hyn, ynghyd â grwpiau partneriaeth creu lleoedd presennol yng Nghil-y-Coed, Cas-gwent a Brynbuga, yn ystyried mewn cydweithrediad â Chyngor Sir Fynwy sut a phryd y bydd prosiectau'n cael eu cyflawni yn ôl adnoddau a chyfleoedd ariannu fel Grant Creu Lleoedd Trawsnewid Trefi a Chronfa Effaith Balchder Bro.

That Cabinet approves the Abergavenny, Magor with Undy and Monmouth placemaking plans and agrees their adoption.

That Cabinet approves the establishment of placemaking delivery groups for those towns with the relevant town councils, which will agree terms of reference including membership and the ability to review and revise the placemaking plan action plans from time to time as required.

That Cabinet note the content of the Public Sector Ombudsman for Wales (PSOW) annual letter and inform the PSOW of their considerations and any proposed actions.

That the authority continues to engage with the PSOW complaints standards work, access training for staff and provide the PSOW with complaints data.
