1.	Declarations of Interest View the declarations of interest for item 1. Minutes: County Councillor Meirion Howells declared a personal and prejudicial interest pursuant to the Members’ Code of Conduct in respect of application DM/2021/01781 as he is friends with the applicants. He therefore left the meeting taking no part in the discussion or voting thereon.
