County Councillor Tony Easson - Personal - Cllr Easson attended the site meeting out of courtesy to the Taxi and Regulatory Committee, however, due to contentious issues raised at the Planning Stage which he was aware of, he declared a personal interest and did not take part in the debate thereon. He did not consider this to be a prejudicial conflict of interest.
