  • County Councillor Robert Greenland - Personal - County Councillor R. Greenland declared a personal, non-prejudicial interest pursuant to the Members’ Code of Conduct in respect of application DM/2020/00875, as the site of the application is visible in the distance from part of his driveway. It is so far away that it does not impact on his property. The officer report mentions the nearby Church of St. Thomas à Becket. He has worshipped at the church for many years.
  • County Councillor Tony Easson - Personal - County Councillor A. Easson declared a personal, non-prejudicial interest pursuant to the Members’ Code of Conduct in respect of application DM/2020/01328, as he has a personal acquaintance with the applicant.

He left the meeting taking no part in the discussion or voting thereon.
  • County Councillor Tony Easson - Personal and Prejudicial - County Councillor A. Easson declared a personal and prejudicial interest pursuant to the Members’ Code of Conduct in respect of application DM/2019/02076 as he is a friend of one of the objectors. He left the meeting taking no part in the discussion or voting thereon.
