That Cabinet evaluate progress against the purpose and strategic aims that have been in place for the response phase of the pandemic and use this to inform the future shape of service delivery as the county transitions towards recovery.

That Cabinet revise the purpose and strategic aims established during the early weeks of the outbreak to reflect the council’s shift in focus from response to transition towards recovery. The adjusted purpose statement is that shown in paragraph 3.5
