2.	To confirm the minutes of the previous meeting PDF 137 KB Minutes: The minutes of the meeting held on 9^th October 2023 were approved as an accurate record.
3.	Draft - Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales Report 2024/25 PDF 108 KB Additional documents: independent-remuneration-panel-wales-draft-annual-report-2024-2025 , item 3. PDF 150 KB Minutes: The Local Democracy Manager introduced the draft proposals from the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales for councillor remuneration for the year 2024/25. 4.	Recorded Votes - Verbal Minutes: The Local Democracy Manager introduced the item and invited Members to discuss. The issue around recorded votes at meetings centred around consistency regarding when Members should request a recorded vote. The current process was explained and it was noted that the wording in the Constitution was vague and could need amending. 5.	Date of Next Meeting - Monday 15th April 2024 Minutes: On closing the meeting, the Chair suggested that, following the success of the last bus tour of the County, another trip be arranged. It was agreed to arrange this around Springtime.
