Minutes: We considered the report of the application and late correspondence which was recommended for approval subject to the conditions outlined in the reportand subject to a Section 106 Agreement, including an additional conditionthat would allow for full details of all means of enclosures to be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of development.

In noting the detail of the application and the views expressed, it was proposed by County Councillor Emma Bryn and seconded by County Councillor John Crook that application DM/2020/01884 be approvedsubject to the conditions outlined in the report and subject to a Section 106 Agreement, including an additional condition that would allow for full details of all means of enclosures to be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of development.
Upon being put to the vote, the following votes were recorded:
For approval - 13 Against approval - 0 Abstentions - 0
The proposition was carried.
