PDF 332 KB Minutes: The Principal Licensing Officer presented the Gambling Act 2005 – Premises License Fees report. Following presentation of the report, Committee Members were invited to ask questions: https://www.youtube.com/live/QrUyRezjdoY?si=6xbLFNkkWBKd6C_6&t=184 The Committee resolved that:- (i) the fees and charges detailed in Appendix A of the report be approved and have effect from 21^st May 2024; and (ii) The fees are subsequently reviewed annually.
