Decision:
Considered the report in the context of the cost-of-living crisis and rising inflation which has impacted on the ability of residents to acquire accommodation privately.
Cabinet Member agreed to the proposed changes and to presenting the amended policy to the wider Homesearch Partnership group for formal adoption.
