Purpose: To update members with regard to the future provision and opportunities for the Outdoor Adventure Service at the Gilwern Site.

Decision:

·         To receive proposals for the future of the Outdoor Adventure Service and consolidation of services in the Gilwern site to include the Duke of Edinburgh scheme and the Evolve scheme for the planning, approval and management of educational trips and visits.

 

·         To note the budget for the Outdoor Adventure Service for 2020/21 and the new staffing structure.
