Resolved that the following grants be awarded as per the schedule of applications.

SCHEDULE OF APPLICATIONS CONSIDERED 2022/23 – MEETING 3.

1.      Goytre Community Garden, requested £1,000 to extend and develop the greenhouse and to enhance the range of vegetables grown and also be able to grow vegetables throughout the year

Recommendation: £750 awarded to assist this community group in extending their ability to grow vegetables for the group and the wider local community in general.

2.      Christchurch, Govilion requested £2,700 for urgent and essential to the Chancel roof, a supporting ridge has failed bringing down plaster from the roof.

Recommendation: £2,000 awarded to assist in the replacement of the chancel roof at this community church.
