Decision details

That the Cabinet Member for Innovation, Enterprise and Leisure endorses the fifth Local Development Plan Annual Monitoring Report for submission to the Welsh Government by 31 October 2019.

To note comments raised by Economy and Development Select Committee (5th September 2019). The main issues raised included:

•           Lesson learned from the current adopted LDP that can inform the Replacement LDP

•           Housing provision and housing land supply, including considering the reasons behind site delivery delays and ways to avoid delay in future allocated sites coming forward

•           Town centres and retail vacancy rates
