- County Councillor Peter Strong - Personal - 2023/24 Budget Scrutiny He is the Chair of the Friends of Caldicot Library, a small group of library users who work to support the staff and publicise library events. Hi is the Secretary of Gwent County History Association. We supply five copies of our journal, Gwent County History, twice a year to Monmouthshire libraries at a cost (2023/24) of £60.00. Both posts are voluntary and entirely unpaid.
