• Penri James - Personal and Prejudicial - Mr. Penri James, representing Aberystwyth University, declared a personal and prejudicial interest in respect of four applications in which the students were studying an Equine Studies course that was franchised by Aberystwyth University. He therefore took no part in the discussion or voting thereon in respect of these applications.
