Property Investment Portfolio Review PDF 248 KB Additional documents: Restricted enclosure 5 View the reasons why document 4./2 is restricted Minutes: The Acting Head of Landlord Services provided members of the Investment Committee with a position statement on the performance of the property investment portfolio. The Committee resolved to accept the recommendations.
5.	Broadway loan Investment Minutes: The Deputy Chief Executive provided members of the Investment Committee with an update on the current position on the loan funding to Broadway Partners Ltd. The Committee noted the updated which closed the matter.
6.	Matters arising and any other business Minutes: The Deputy Chief Executive explained that another meeting of the Investment Committee would be arranged in early January 2024. This would be to receive and consider the proposed governance arrangements going forward with property/commercial investments and the existing portfolio and to capture the views of Committee members, prior to the Asset Management Policy being taken to Full Council. Members of the Committee would receive notification of the meeting date in due course.
