2.	Appointment of Vice Chair Minutes: County Councillor M. Feakin was appointed as Vice-Chair of the Committee.

4.	Declarations of Interest Minutes: None received.
5.	To confirm and sign the minutes of the previous meeting of the Monmouthshire Farm School Endowment Trust held on the 23rd January 2017 PDF 78 KB Minutes: The minutes of the Committee dated 23^rd January 2017 were confirmed and signed by the Chairman.
6.	The Annual Accounts of Monmouthshire Farm School Endowment Trust year ended 31st March 2017 PDF 279 KB Minutes: We received a report presented by the Finance Manager regarding the Monmouthshire Farm School Endowment Trust Fund Annual Report for the year ended 31^st March 2017. In doing so, the following points were noted: Members were concerned that the low number of grants issued and will look for ways to publicise the Trust to encourage applications. A Member asked if the cash reserves could be used for investments. In answer the Finance Manager told us that the most up to date investment report will be circulated during the summer. Trustees were unanimous in favour of investing £50,000.
