           The introduction of new fee income services involving charging for fast track discharge of conditions for listed building consent and planning applications.

           To authorise the Head of Planning, Housing and Place-Shaping to review the target periods (days) for fast track performance and revise accordingly.

           To authorise the Head of Planning, Housing and Place-Shaping to agree Planning Performance Agreements where appropriate.

That Officers within the Public Protection Division be authorised under the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 in order to enforce the legislation and carry out their duties. The specific Officers to be authorised are our Principal Environmental Health Officer (Commercial), Specialist Environmental Health Officers (Commercial) and Trading Standards Officers.

 

That the Scheme of Delegation to Officers in the Council’s Constitution is amended by the Monitoring Officer to reflect the changes in 2.1.
