This follows the call-in of the decision and the subsequent recommendation of the Place Scrutiny Committee on 11^th June 2025 to refer the matter to the Cabinet for re-consideration. (ii) To delegate authority to the Chief Officer for Resources to negotiate the lease in accordance with the tender award.
