The minutes of the meeting held on 22^nd January 2024 were approved as an accurate record.

The Local Democracy Manager presented the report in order to approve the method of remunerating co-opted members to committees on the Council

Upon being put to a vote the Committee resolved to approve the decision to retain the full/half day rate of remuneration for co-opted members.

The Chair advised that apologies for absence had been received from the Monitoring Officer.

It was resolved that the matter would be addressed through written correspondence and followed up at the next meeting.
