The Monmouthshire Lettings proposal (See Appendix 1) will support the Council’s statutory duty to prevent homelessness and provide the foundations for a future income generation opportunity and make recommendations as appropriate.

Agreed to Establish Monmouthshire Letting Service (MLS).
