Purpose: The purpose of this report is to brief Cabinet on the completion of the Local Housing Market Assessment (LHMA), July 2018 and to seek approval for submission of the LHMA to the Welsh Government. Appendix 1 contains a summary of the report and Appendix 2 is the full LHMA Report.
