Decision:
To work in partnership with Newport City Council to deliver the 30 Hour Free Childcare Offer from January 2019.
To rollout the Childcare Offer in all areas of Monmouthshire simultaneously.
To agree the suggested changes to the staffing structure within the Early Years team in relation to the Childcare Offer.
